Patches are a fast and affordable solution. Choose from thousands of thread colors, shape,s and styles. They can be used on hats, jackets, shirts and just about anything. From iron ons to sewn patches to jobs simply detailed for traditional embroidery, we've got you covered.
- Standard turnaround time is typically 3 weeks
- Patch size = length + width / by 2 (i.e. a 2" x 4" patch is figured: 2+4=6 divided by 2=3? size)
- Metallic thread add 10-30%
- Fluorescent color add 5% ea.

Just send us your vector (.eps) files or we can rebuild your logo for you. Big Fish DPI will discuss different ideas with you, produce a mock-up, and include multiple revisions until your digitized logo is perfect for embroidery on apparel or a patch. The digitized logo is a special type of file that any embroidery equipment can use to stitch your design. A sample "stitch out" will be embroidered showing you how the logo will look prior to creating your patches. It will even include a file specifying the exact thread colors to be used.
